Cherry Picked Talent is a talent agency, representing professional actors from newborn to graduates, who work in TV&Film, Stage, also Commercials .
Upon signing with Cherry Picked Talent, we gather data provided by you, including;

- Telephone number
- Self-tapes
- Clear Photograph/Headshot
- Showreel ( if applicable )
- CV
- Tax Codes
- Bank Account
- Passport ( to prove the client can work in the EU )
- Local Authority
- NI Number
- Measurements
- Guardian name & contact details( for under 16 clients)
All of the above and any other information you provide Cherry Picked Talent with, is used for the sole purpose of securing you work and showcasing you as our Client on appropriate Industry Casting Sites and Social Media.
The Client has the right to request a copy of any information we hold.
Personal information you provide Cherry picked Talent with, could be used for the various purposes listed below;
- To submit you for roles and castings on Spotlight & other casting platforms.
- Consultation between the Production(Casting Directors and creatives )and Cherry Picked Talent, to obtain work and processing contractual obligations on behalf our Client.
- Negotiation of fees per contractual rates.
- For HMRC.
- To set up Client profiles on Spotlight & Tagmin
We will inform the client of any changes to our service provision. We are required by law to hold specific information.
Cherry Picked Talent, only holds your information for work purposes, for as long as is required, as per contract with us & Third Parties. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Cherry Picked Talent may share your data to third parties eg;
- Tagmin
- Agency Partners & Staff
- Casting & Production
- Industry Organisations
This list is not exhaustive, however only vital information will be provided for the purpose of securing work for the client.
We will only share data on a need to know basis or if legally obligated to do so.
