Cherry Picked Membership is here to make art accessible. As Creatives, we are reliant on so many different people for our careers’. This membership is designed to help you take control of your career and access everything from one place with trusted and professionals at your service, striving to assist your growth and accelerate you to success.

 

Cherry Picked Members will receive:

SILVER :


  1. 1 x Headshot Session ( 1 Final Edit ) / year 
  2. 1 x Showreel Piece ( Monologue, Dance or Song ) / year

GOLD :

  • The SILVER & GOLD subscription is a rolling annual subscription, invoiced monthly.


  • Booking in for headshots & showreels will be subject to the available slots, we tend to do 2 sessions a month for our members to come together and get their material.


  • The Members Portal follows a password protected login. It is a resource & castings page, also we have a community chat, which is external to the Cherry picked Website ( via WhatsApp ). This Community Chat is to support our fellow creatives & actors, so please help each other and be nice.


  • Only members can redeem the services above ( you cannot share these services with external non-subscribers).


HEADSHOTS & SHOWREELS : 


We have 2 bases in the UK :


  1. North East Branch ( Newcastle & Hartlepool ) Studios.
  2. London Branch Studios.

 

Our Members can travel to either of these sites, we try to accommodate everyone up and down the Uk.


  •  If you have any access needs please let our team know and we will accommodate ! We want our members to feel comfortable and enjoy the day, and get the best results !


  • Headshots gallery will be sent out to the email attached to your account within 48 hours of the session, then final edits you have selected will be sent within 1 week of selection.


  • Showreel final pieces will be sent out within 2 weeks of the session.


  • Cherry Picked has the right to the intellectual property documented in these sessions. We will ask you to complete a media consent form, requesting your approval, to use the material recorded in these sessions on Cherry Picked sites & socials .


  • The total cost of the annual membership is 50% lower than the individual services purchased externally. 


  • Our Privacy Policy can be viewed on our website.


WORKSHOPS :


  • All workshops will be advertised to members via email and uploaded to the calendar on the portal.


  • Members can email to book and they will be sent the discounted price in relation to their subscription plan.


 COMMUNITY CHAT :


  • Once subscribed you can request to be added to the community via the members portal. The Admin will accept your request within 24hours of subscription.


  • You can ask questions, request readers for self tapes, share exciting events & arrange meet-ups !


  • The WhatsApp group is external to the Cherry Picked Website and members are solely responsible and liable for their interactions and data uploaded via this third party, however it is monitored by the admin team. SUBSCRIPTION : 


  • Once purchasing your first month of the SILVER or GOLD plan, you will be committed to a years subscription, billed monthly, and the first payment will be taken with immediate effect of purchase.


  • Upon Subscription, you will be sent a unique password to login to the portal & a link to our latest available date to book in with us for headshots & reel sessions. Simply select a date and location suitable and book in.


  • You will also be sent a form to fill in with your contact details - these details are retained, for the sole purpose of billing, via a secure form and third party Cognito Forms, please see their privacy policy here : https://www.cognitoforms.com/legal/privacy. 


PAYMENTS : 


  • Once purchased any of the above subscriptions and used the services, there is a NO REFUND policy in place. You are committed to the years rolling subscription, and members will billed monthly.


  • There is a 14 day cooling off period in which the member has the right to cancel their membership, if they are unsure they can commit to the years payment. If the membership is cancelled with the 14 days, you bill be entitled to a refund of the first months payment.


  • Members cannot redeem the headshot and showreel services included in the SILVER & GOLD plan, within the cooling off period of 14 days from subscribing.



  • If a payment is declined, we will retry again at the next billing cycle. 


  • We also have a bursary scheme in place for people who may struggle with funds, please enquire via our website.


  • Once your annual subscription is up, you will get the choice to continue and or cancel your subscription.


  • Members have the responsibility to update your payment details if any change.


  • If members are unsatisfied and would like to terminate their subscription, they can email : cherrypickedmember@outlook.com. We aim to resolve all requests and work together to offer an alternative path. If Cancellation is a result, your members account will be terminated, regardless of the services redeemed, and you will be charged the remaining balance of the annual fees.
