FAQs & Terms - Membership

  • Can I get a refund ?

    Headshots & Showreels : 


    Bookings are refundable with up to 24 hours notice. Sessions can also be rescheduled free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the date of the booking.

    Memberships : 


    Cancellation within 24 hours of subscribing and a refund will be administered if headshot & Showreel Services have not been booked .


  • How do I renew my subscription?

    Your Subscription will renew automatically from the day you subscribed each month. 


    Once Subscribed & Services have been booked within the Silver or Gold Membership , you cannot refund for the rest of the years total, you are committed to the years subscription, billed monthly.


    * Payment plans can be made if facing harship.


    The Price of the membership per Annum is considerably discounted for the Services provided.
